在如今邮市不景气,集邮出版物尤其不容乐观的情况下,我们还是有必要讨论一下集邮目录出版中的几点问题。在此,我提出一些比较粗浅的建议,希望能引起大家的重视。1.尽快出齐《中华世界邮票目录》中的“非洲卷”和“大洋洲卷”。《中华世界邮票目录》自从1993年出版“亚洲卷”以来,受到了集邮界的好评。这是中国第一部自己的世界邮票目录,结束了国内没有自己的世界邮票目录的历史。可惜后来就没有音讯了.集邮者期盼的“非洲卷”和“大洋洲卷”迟迟不见踪影。
In the current downturn in the postal market, especially in the case of philatelist publications, we still need to discuss some issues in the publication of the philatelic catalog. Here, I put forward some rather superficial proposals, hoping to arouse people’s attention. 1. As soon as possible out of “China World Stamp Directory” in the “African roll” and “Oceania roll.” Since its publication in Asia Volume in 1993, the “China World Stamps Catalog” has won acclaim from the philatelic community. This is China’s first catalog of its own world stamps, ending the history of a country that does not have its own list of world stamps. Unfortunately, there was no audio later, but the “African Volume” and “Oceania Volume” that the philatelic community was looking forward to were still missing.
