概述了国内主要家电制造厂的塑料模具用钢的情况。目前国内常用塑料模具钢一般分两类。一类为中碳钢，主要用于模架及对技术性能要求不高的型腔模具；另一类为国内仿制Ｐ２０和德国、瑞典等产Ｐ２０和７１８等，应用于生产高表面光洁度塑料制品的型腔模具。中碳钢产品在正火态使用，其硬度在ＨＢ１８０～２２０；Ｐ２０产品以预硬态（空冷＋回火）供货，厂家将其调质到硬度ＨＢ２８０～３３０。还分析了国内外不同厂家生产的塑料模具钢的不同特点及不足之处。针对国内外塑料模具钢的现状和发展趋势以及宝钢的生产和技术条件，提出了开发两个系列新型微合金化非调质塑料模具钢的设想，分别应用于模架和型腔。预计，它们在轧后冷却的情况下，不经过调质处理，即可具有与现有中碳钢和Ｐ２０相似的技术性能。
An overview of the major domestic appliance manufacturers plastic mold steel situation. Currently commonly used plastic mold steel generally divided into two categories. Also analyzed the different characteristics and deficiencies of plastic mold steel produced by different manufacturers at home and abroad. According to the status quo and development trend of plastic mold steel at home and abroad, and the production and technical conditions of Baosteel, two concepts of developing new series of microalloyed non-quenched and tempered plastic mold steel are put forward, which are respectively applied to mold frame and cavity. It is expected that they will have similar technical properties as current medium carbon steels and P20 without quenching after cooling after rolling.
