本文主要对教师的能力结构以及解题的能力进行了研究,再对教师的解题能力进行研究的过程中我们发现,教师的解题能力主要包括以下几个方面,分别是本身对题目的理解、阶梯教学决策的能力、对学生解题情况的判断、辅导学生进行解题的能力以及对学生解题能力的评估等等,本文采用的主要研究方法是文献资料法,详细的阐述了中学数学在教学的过程中教师的情况。
This paper mainly studies the ability structure of teachers and their ability to solve problems. In the process of studying teachers ’ability to solve problems, we find that teachers’ ability to solve problems mainly includes the following aspects, which are their own understanding of the subject , The ability of decision-making in teaching ladder, the judgment of students ’problem solving, the ability of counseling students to solve problems and the assessment of students’ ability to solve problems.
