各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,中医药管理局,港 澳办,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局: 为落实《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关 系的安排》和《内地与澳门关于建立更紧密经贸关 系的安排》,根据《中华人民共和国执业医师法》等 有关法律、法规的规定,现将医疗及牙医服务贸易 领域有关事项通知如下: 一、香港或澳门与内地合资合作举办的医疗 机构所聘用的医务人员大多数可为香港或澳门永 久性居民。
