本文用三维接触分析方法确定了斜齿轮齿面的载荷分布,进而用线接触弹流理论和Block基本公式分别计算了斜齿轮在工作状态下的齿面闪温分布,计算结果可与ISO标准的闪温准则联系应用,为航空斜齿轮的胶合强度校核提供了一种比较精确的计算方法。
In this paper, the three-dimensional contact analysis method was used to determine the load distribution of helical gear tooth flanks. Then the linear surface contact velocity theory and Block basic formula were used to calculate the flanking temperature distribution of helical gears under working conditions respectively. Contact with the application of flash temperature guidelines for the aviation helical gear bonding strength check provides a more accurate method of calculation.
