为了改变本区中学体育教学现状,我着手设计提高体育教师教育水平的研究课题,结合本校关于教师继续教育总课题“教育发展与教师培养的校本实证研究”以及青浦区顾泠沅先生多年的教学改革经验,制订适合青浦区体育教育实践的研究课题。体育教师的继续教育应是一种在教育实践基础上的再学习,必须要建立一种深层次的理论与实践相结合的且能较快提高体育教师能力的培训模式。经研究论证,构建了“理论—活动—发展”的培训模式研究的课题。
