目的 观察川芎嗪对老龄鼠肾缺血再灌注中一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)和一氧化氮 (NO)的影响及对肾脏的保护作用。方法 制做老龄鼠肾缺血再灌注模型 ,分为用川芎嗪组和未用川芎嗪组 ,检测缺血 60min ,再灌注 1 5min和 2 4h的肾组织NOS、NO及丙二醛(MDA)浓度。结果 缺血再灌注后肾组织中NOS明显升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,NO明显升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,MDA明显升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,与此结果相比 ,用川芎嗪组NOS明显降低 (P <0 0 5) ,NO明显降低 (P <0 0 1 ) ,MDA也明显降低 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 老龄鼠肾缺血再灌注过程中NOS和NO对肾损伤起重要作用 ,川芎嗪可以调整NOS活性 ,从而控制NO水平 ,减轻肾脏损伤
Objective To observe the effects of ligustrazine on the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and nitric oxide (NO) in renal ischemia-reperfusion rats and its protective effects on the kidneys. Methods Renal ischemia-reperfusion model was established in aged rats. The rats were divided into ligustrazine group and untreated ligustrazine group. The levels of NOS, NO and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected in 60min ischemia, 15min reperfusion and 24 hours reperfusion, concentration. Results NOS was significantly increased in renal tissue after ischemia / reperfusion (P <0.01), NO was significantly increased (P <0.01), MDA was significantly increased (P <0.01), compared with the results (P <0 05), NO decreased significantly (P 0 01), MDA decreased significantly (P 0 01). Conclusion NOS and NO play an important role in renal injury during renal ischemia reperfusion in aged rats. Ligustrazine can regulate NOS activity to control NO level and reduce renal damage
