目的:研究低剂量电离辐射能否诱导免疫适应性反应。方法:采用单克隆抗体免疫荧光标记技术,流式细胞术检测 T C R/ C D3 受体。采用3 H Td R 掺入法测定胸腺细胞自发增殖率及丝裂原诱导的脾细胞增殖率。采用 C T L L 依赖株检测 I L2 活性。结果:证明免疫适应性反应的最佳诱导剂量为0025~01 Gy,最佳攻击剂量为10~15 Gy,最佳诱导时间为6~12 h。结论:低剂量辐射能诱导免疫适应性反应。
Objective: To investigate whether low-dose ionizing radiation can induce immune adaptive response. Methods: Monoclonal antibody immunofluorescence labeling was used to detect T C R / C D3 receptors by flow cytometry. The 3H-TdR incorporation method was used to determine the rate of spontaneous proliferation of thymus cells and the rate of proliferation induced by mitogen. C T L L-dependent strains were used to detect I L 2 activity. Results: The optimal induction dose for immune adaptive response was 0025 ~ 01 Gy. The optimal challenge dose was 10 ~ 15 Gy and the optimal induction time was 6 ~ 12 h. Conclusion: Low dose radiation can induce immune adaptive response.
