1978年10月,美国爱达荷大学王启无教授在南京林学院讲学时,根据自己对美国西部黄松的研究结果,指出开展不同层次的选择是获得最大遗传增益的有效途径。为了探索杉木种源、家系、个体三个层次的选择效益,确定杉木选择育种的合理途径,我们布置了种源一家系一个体三水平的联合选择试验。一、材料及方法1977年底,从莱州杉木普通种子园中采集自由授粉种子,每个家系都采自同一无性系的3~5株生长正常的嫁接植株,收集贵州锦屏、湖南会同、广东韶关、湖北咸宁、福建三明、建阳等6个不同的地理种源共30个家系的种子(各种源5个家系),在邵武市卫闽林场育苗。1979年春按随机区组设计,8株小区,
In October 1978, Professor Wang Qiyu from the University of Idaho, USA, gave a lecture at Nanjing Forestry College. According to his own research on Ponderosa Americana, it was pointed out that carrying out different levels of selection is an effective way to obtain the maximum genetic gain. In order to explore the selection benefit of three provenances of cunninghamia lanceolata, family and individual, and to determine the reasonable ways of selective breeding of Chinese fir, we arranged a three-level joint-selection experiment of provenances and families. I. Materials and Methods At the end of 1977, free pollinated seeds were collected from the common seed orchard of Chinese fir in Laizhou. Each family was collected from 3 to 5 normal grafted plants of the same clones. Jinping, Hunan Huitong and Guangdong Shaoguan , Hubei Xianning, Fujian Sanming, Jianyang six different geographical provenance of a total of 30 families of seeds (5 families of all sources), Shaowu Weidong forest nursery. In the spring of 1979, a randomized block design was adopted. Eight plants,
