目的探讨CD74在胰腺癌(PC)中的表达及与神经浸润(PNI)的关系。方法选取62例手术切除的PC组织和10例正常胰腺组织石蜡标本,应用免疫组化方法检测CD74的表达,分析CD74与PNI及其他肿瘤病理特征的关系。结果正常胰腺组织不表达CD74,62例PC中CD74的阳性率为72.6%(45/62),PNI的发生率为52%(32/62);伴PNI患者的CD74阳性率为84%(27/32),显著高于不伴PNI者的60%(18/30);中-重度炎症细胞浸润者的CD74阳性率为82%(32/39),高于无炎症细胞浸润的57%(13/23)(P<0.05);CD74表达在性别、肿瘤位置、大小、病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移等临床病理特征上均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 CD74在PC中高表达,与肿瘤PNI及炎症细胞浸润有关,可能为PNI治疗的新靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD74 in pancreatic cancer (PC) and its relationship with neural invasion (PNI). Methods Sixty-two paraffin-embedded specimens of PC and 10 normal pancreatic tissues were collected. The expression of CD74 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between CD74, PNI and other tumor pathological features was analyzed. Results The positive rate of CD74 in PC was 72.6% (45/62) in 52 cases of normal pancreatic tissue and 52% (32/62) in PNI. The positive rate of CD74 in PNI patients was 84% (27 / 32) was significantly higher than those without PNI (60/30%). The positive rate of CD74 in moderate-severe inflammatory cell infiltration was 82% (32/39), which was higher than that in infiltration of inflammatory cells 13/23) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the clinicopathological features of CD74 expression between gender, tumor location, size, pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusion CD74 is highly expressed in PC, which is related to tumor PNI and inflammatory cell infiltration, which may be a new target of PNI therapy.
