患者女,56岁,牧民。主诉:左手拇指结节2周。现病史:患者于2周前偶然发现左手拇指出现一红色丘疹,无明显自觉症状,未予诊治。此后皮疹渐增大成结节,中央发生凹陷,表面有结痂,遂来我科门诊就诊。患者为牧民,长期饲养山羊,否认皮损处有外伤史。既往史:既往体健,家族成员中无类似疾病患者。体格检查:一般情况好,各系统检查无异常,全身浅表淋巴结未触及增大。实验室检查:血常规、HIV和快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)等检查未见异常。
Female patient, 56 years old, herdsman. Chief complaint: left thumb nodules 2 weeks. Current history: The patient accidentally found a red papule on his left thumb two weeks ago, with no obvious symptoms and no treatment. Since then the rash gradually increased into nodules, the central depression, scabs on the surface, then came to our clinic. Shepherd patients, long-term breeding goats, skin lesions at the same time denied a history of trauma. Past history: Past physical health, family members no similar diseases. Physical examination: the general situation is good, the system check no abnormalities, systemic superficial lymph nodes did not touch increased. Laboratory tests: blood tests, HIV and rapid plasma test (RPR) and other tests showed no abnormalities.
