东京城市更新依托于其交通枢纽发展,践行TOD模式理念的同时外衍形成了TOD网络且探索出城站一体化开发路径.TOD模式中利用轨道交通引导城市副中心发展、强调轨道交通周边土地高强度开发、协调开发主体的复杂性、创造便捷舒适的步行体验以及充分考虑交通枢纽与周边环境结合等理念与特征,引导了东京城市更新探索出一系列实践策略,并且其城市更新经验对我国大都市圈建设具有重要借鉴价值.

在区域一体化与城市高质量发展要求的背景下,站城地区建成环境承担着交通和城市服务双重功能.本文基于人对站城地区建成环境的需求和感知,从站城地区整体空间识别、枢纽地区交往空间营造、街巷空间城市活力提升、场所空间文脉特色挖掘等方面入手,结合嘉兴南站、杭州西站等实践案例,提出站城地区建成环境设计价值目标与规划要点,为人本导向的站城地区建成环境设计提供经验借鉴.
用途混合作为TOD理论的主要原则之一,在各类轨道交通场站一体化项目中均有体现,国内对轨道站点地区的功能混合开发亦日渐重视,但在实践中如何合理规划场站一体化范围的各类用途并推动理念落地尚未形成完备体系.本文在总结相关研究与各地实践经验基础上,对场站一体化建设项目的 范围与圈层进行界定,并根据站点的功能定位提出分圈层的用途混合指引,归纳轨道场站用途混合的规划管控手段与编制手法等,从而为我国轨道场站的功能混合开发与一体化建设提供优化措施参考.
