[目的]建立高效液相色谱测定烟筋中的烟碱含量。[方法]用4%Na OH溶液提取,正己烷和20%H2SO4溶液萃取,Ba(OH)2沉淀的方法提取烟筋中烟碱;选用Hypersil BDS-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(0.02 mol磷酸二氢钾加0.52%三乙胺,用磷酸调整p H值为6.5)(体积比60颐40),检测波长260 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温40℃,进样量10滋L。[结果]烟碱质量浓度在100~1 000 mg/L时,线性关系良好;添加水平为8.00~32.00 mg时,回收率为98.37%~99.03%,RSD为0.65%。[结论]该方法能准确快速检测烟筋中烟碱的含量。
[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for the determination of nicotine in smoked bar. [Method] The nicotine was extracted from 4% NaOH solution, extracted with n-hexane and 20% H2SO4 solution and precipitated by Ba (OH) 2. Hypersil BDS-C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water 0.02 mol potassium dihydrogen phosphate plus 0.52% triethylamine, p H value adjusted to 6.5 by phosphoric acid (volume ratio 60:40), detection wavelength 260 nm, flow rate 1.0 m L / min, column temperature 40 ℃, injection volume 10 Z [Result] The results showed that when the concentration of nicotine was between 100 and 1 000 mg / L, the linearity was good. The recoveries ranged from 98.37% to 99.03% with the RSD of 0.65% at the level of 8.00 ~ 32.00 mg. [Conclusion] This method can accurately and quickly detect the content of nicotine in cigarette smoke.
