目的 本文对两组不同年代的不孕妇女之主要不孕因素进行比较。方法 对两组病例各不孕因素构成比进行对比统计分析。结果９０年代继发不孕病例比８０年代明显升高，尤其是输卵管病变与慢性盆腔炎引起的不孕。结论 ９０年代继发不孕增多，且与感染因素有关。本文对造成这些变化的各种因素进行了进一步探讨。 Objectives This article compares the main infertility factors of infertile women in two different age groups. Methods Two groups of cases of infertility factors constitute a comparative statistical analysis. Results 90 cases of secondary infertility were significantly higher than the 80’s, especially in tubal lesions and infertility caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Conclusion In the 1990s, secondary infertility increased, and the factors related to infection. This article explores the various factors that contributed to these changes.
