肾移植是器官移植中比较成熟的一种,对抢救丧失肾功能的尿毒症患者有重要意义。上海市自1969年以来先后有10个医院开展了肾移植手术,至1978年7月止,已做了50例,取得了一定的成绩。为了总结经验,扩大交流,促进肾移植工作的进一步开展,本刊编辑部曾召开了二次座谈会,对肾移植的若干问题进行了讨论。参加的单位有上海第一医学院病理生理教研组,上海第二医学院免疫研究室,上海市中心血站,上海第一医学院中山医院、华山医院,上海第二医学院附属第三人民医院、瑞金医院、新华医院,上海中医学院附属曙光医院,第二军医大学附属长海、长征医院,上海市第一人民医院,上海市第六人民医院等单位。现将讨论内容扼要整理如下,供有关医务科研人员参考。
Kidney transplantation is a more mature organ transplant, rescue of renal function in patients with uremia have important significance. Since 1969, Shanghai has successively carried out kidney transplant in 10 hospitals. By July 1978, 50 cases have been done and certain achievements have been made. In order to sum up experience, expand exchanges, and promote the further development of kidney transplantation, editorial department had held a second forum, a number of issues of renal transplantation were discussed. Participating units are Shanghai First Medical College Pathophysiology Teaching and Research Section, Shanghai Second Medical College Immunology Laboratory, Shanghai Blood Center, Shanghai First Medical College Zhongshan Hospital, Huashan Hospital, Shanghai Second Medical College Third People’s Hospital, Ruijin Hospital, Xinhua Hospital, Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Changhai Hospital affiliated to Second Military Medical University, Changzheng Hospital, Shanghai First People’s Hospital and Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital. The content of the discussion will be summarized as follows, for medical researchers for reference.
