高等学校党建是大学生健康成长的重要保证,本文首先分析了切实加强这项工作的理论意义,分析了多年来高校在此项工作中所总结出的经验;总结了当前党建和教育工作方面存在的弊端,并提出了相应的对策;最后,结合自己作为一名辅导员的工作经历,对此项工作提出了自己的看法。
