本研究根据天津市英语专业、商务英语专业、翻译专业在校生的访谈结果,重新审视了英语人才的就业核心竞争力的因素构成、在校生的就业核心竞争力自我储备现状;然后从人才培养的制度角度提出英语人才就业核心竞争力的导师制教学管理策略。
Based on the interview results of English majors, business English majors and translators in Tianjin, this study re-examines the composition of the core competencies of English-language professionals and the self-reserve status quo of core competencies of students in employment.
