目的:探讨温州医科大学附属口腔医院医护人员对病人健康状况的评估现状。方法:通过对温州医科大学附属口腔医院121例医护人员进行问卷调查,分析口腔医院医护人员在对患者健康状况评估过程中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题采取改进措施,保证患者的安全。结果:就诊前询问患者疾病史、每次就诊均记录患者疾病史和传染病史的医护人员数较不记录医护人员数明显降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);女性医护人员对患者进行健康状况评估较男性医护人员明显提高(P<0.05),医生对患者进行健康状况评估较护士明显提高(P<0.05),修复科对患者进行健康状况评估较口腔内科和正畸科明显降低(P<0.05),本科及以上学历医护人员对患者进行健康状况评估较大专及以下学历医护人员明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:针对温州医科大学附属口腔医院医护人员对病人健康状况评估的现状,需加强医护人员对病人健康状况评估,提高其防护意识,避免发生医院感染。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of assessment of patients’ health status by medical staffs in Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 121 medical staffs in Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University to analyze the existing problems of medical staff in the oral hospital during the assessment of their health status and to take measures to improve their safety so as to ensure the safety of patients. Results: The number of medical staff who recorded the history of patients ’disease and the history of infectious diseases was significantly lower than that without records of medical staff (P <0.05) before consultation. The female health care workers carried out the patients’ health (P <0.05). The doctor evaluated the health status of the patients significantly higher than that of the nurses (P <0.05). The health status of the patients in the rehabilitation department was significantly lower than that of the orthopedics and orthopedics (P <0.05) <0.05). The health status of patients with undergraduate degree or above was significantly higher than that of college degree and below (P <0.05). Conclusion: According to the status quo of health assessment of patients in the Stomatological Hospital affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University, it is necessary to strengthen the assessment of health status of patients by medical staff and improve their awareness of prevention and avoid nosocomial infection.
