为研究烟草尘能否引起以肺纤维化为主的尘肺病,将150只Wistar大鼠分为烟草组、正常组、石英对照组3组,分别注入50mg烟草尘、无菌生理盐水和50mg石英尘,染尘后分别于3,6,9及12月将动物处死,用比色、酶联免疫等方法测定各组大鼠的全肺干重、全肺胶原及Ⅰ型胶原含量,并用电镜观察了病理改变。结果:烟草组3项指标均高于正常组而低于石英组,且随实验时间的延长而增高;病理改变以轻度间质纤维化为主,伴有灶周和小叶中心性肺气肿,且随实验时间延长而逐渐加重。提示纯烟草尘能导致轻度的以肺间质纤维化为主的尘肺病。
In order to study whether tobacco dust can cause pulmonary fibrosis-based pneumoconiosis, 150 Wistar rats were divided into three groups: tobacco group, normal group and quartz control group.
