本文利用AFLP分子标记技术研究了17个玉米优良自交系的遗传多样性,4个AFLP引物 组合分别扩增出30、30、44、41条多态性带,平均每个引物组合扩出36.25条带,4个引物组合共扩增 出145条带,每一个引物组合都可将17个自交系完全分开。利用AFLP数据、进行聚类分析,将17个 优良自交系聚力6群,结果表明,用AFLP标记进行玉米优势群划分与自交系系谱亲缘关系基本一 致,AFLP技术可以用于玉米自交系的遗传多样性研究和优势群划分。
In this study, AFLP molecular markers were used to study the genetic diversity of 17 elite inbred lines. Four AFLP primer combinations amplified 30, 30, 44 and 41 polymorphic bands, respectively, with an average of 36 .25 bands, a total of 145 bands were amplified by 4 primer combinations, and 17 inbred lines could be completely separated for each primer combination. AFLP data were used for cluster analysis and clustered in 17 elite inbred lines. The results showed that AFLP markers were closely related to the pedigree of maize dominant group. AFLP technique could be used for selfing in maize Department of genetic diversity and the division of dominant group.
