采用水相沉淀聚合法分两次加料制备了丙烯腈/丙烯酸甲酯(AN/MA摩尔比为85/15)共聚物(以后简称为AN/MA(85/15)),并在共聚物中加入0%~10%的离子液体([emim]PF6)。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和熔体流动指数测试仪(MI)等测定了加入[emim]PF6前后共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),热稳定性和熔体流动性能。结果表明,[emim]PF6的加入对共聚物的Tg影响不大,共聚物的热稳定性和共聚物的熔体流动性随[emim]PF6含量的增加有显著的提高。将含有[emi m]PF6的AN/MA共聚物在200℃下熔融纺丝,熔纺法制备的初生纤维表面光滑,结构致密;但[emim]PF6的加入使初生纤维的断裂强度下降,断裂伸长率减小。
