The aim of this study was to investigate the long-term use of corticosteroids in the treatment of pemphigus in patients with pemphigus, in which 5 ml of fasting venous blood was taken in the morning and the tyrosine content was determined by Udenfriend and Cooper methods. 44 cases of which male 13, female 31; aged 18 to 79.
