目的:采用高效液相色谱法,对酚麻美敏片中盐酸伪麻黄碱、马来酸氯苯那敏和氢溴酸右美沙芬进行分离和含量测定。方法:采用ZORBAX300-SCX柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(55∶45),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长263nm,柱温:28℃。结果:盐酸麻黄碱、马来酸氯苯那敏和氢溴酸右美沙芬浓度分别在0.06~0.6mg·mL-1(r=0.9992),0.04~0.4mg·mL-1(r=0.9998)和0.032~0.32mg·mL-1(r=0.9992)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为94.2%~102.2%,95.3%~101.1%和98.5%~102.2%。结论:本法快速、简便,重复性好。
OBJECTIVE: To separate and determine the contents of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, chlorpheniramine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in phenol aspartame tablets by HPLC. METHODS: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.02mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (55:45) at a flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1 on a ZORBAX300-SCX column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) , Column temperature: 28 ° C. Results: The concentrations of ephedrine hydrochloride, chlorpheniramine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide were 0.06-0.6 mg · mL -1 (r = 0.9992), 0.04-0.4 mg · mL -1 (r = 0.9998) and 0.032 ~ 0.32mg · mL-1 (r = 0.9992). The average recoveries were 94.2% ~ 102.2%, 95.3% ~ 101.1% and 98.5% ~ 102.2%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is fast, easy and reproducible.
