目的:测定红丝线草中红丝线素含量。方法:HPLC法,采用Kromasil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长236.7 nm。结果:红丝线素分离良好,在0.900~2.400μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率99.78%,RSD 1.66%(n=6)。结论:该方法可作为红丝线草的质量控制方法之一。
Objective: To determine the content of red silk thread in red silk grass. Method: HPLC method, using Kromasil C18 column, methanol-water (50:50) as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 236.7 nm. RESULTS: Red silk fibroin was well separated, and the linearity was good in the range of 0.900-2.400 μg (r=1.0000). The average recovery was 99.78% and RSD 1.66% (n=6). Conclusion: This method can be used as one of the quality control methods for red silk grass.
