Comrades: On the occasion of the 5th member congress of the China Cement Association, I would like to extend my warm congratulations on behalf of the China Building Material Industry Association. After adjusting the leadership team last year, the China Cement Association insisted on the purpose of serving the enterprise under the leadership of Prof. Lei Qianzhi. It has done a lot of effective work focusing on the structural adjustment of the cement industry. It was awarded by the China Building Material Industry Association and won State Economic and Trade Commission grants
