本文基于新制度理论视角探讨国际企业家精神的前因变量以及对绩效的作用机制。提出为了在本国获得合法化,组织域国际化水平是国际企业家精神驱动力;为了在国外获得合法性企业通过两种学习模式:利用式学习和探索式学习来获得国外经营知识。基于对212个中国国际化企业的实证检验,结果验证了组织域国际化水平越高国际企家精神越高,同时国际企业家精神是探索性学习以及开拓性学习的中介变量。研究同时发现两种学习模式对企业来说开始是有利的,但达到某一点后开始削弱企业绩效。
This article explores the antecedents of the international entrepreneurial spirit and its mechanism of performance based on the perspective of the new institutional theory. In order to gain legitimacy in the country, the internationalization of the organization domain is the spiritual driving force of the international entrepreneurship. In order to obtain legitimacy abroad, the enterprise obtains the knowledge of foreign operation through two learning modes: explorative learning and exploratory learning. Based on the empirical test of 212 Chinese international enterprises, the result verifies that the higher the internationalization of the organization domain is, the higher the international entrepreneurial spirit is. Meanwhile, the international entrepreneurship is an intermediary variable of exploratory learning and pioneering study. The study also found that both learning modes started out as beneficial to the business, but started to weaken the business performance after reaching a certain point.
