改革开放以来,我国经济日趋活跃,各种经济体“应运而生”。小商小贩是城市多样性的组成部分,为解决就业,方便人民群众作出了不可磨灭的贡献。城市管理者对他们的态度应该更加宽容。但现实的情况是残酷的,小商小贩大多走着艰辛的谋生之路。他们需要忍受艰辛劳动与城市管理者粗暴管理的双重折磨。毫无疑问小商小贩是我国合法的公民,他们有劳动谋生的权利,当他们的权利受到侵害时,通过什么途径使他们的权利能够得到更好地保护,是值得我们思考的问题。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has become increasingly active, and various economies have emerged as the times require. Small business hawkers are an integral part of urban diversity and make an indelible contribution to the solution of employment and the convenience of the people. City managers should be more forgiving to them. However, the reality is cruel. Most small-scale hawkers are taking hardships to make a living. They need to endure the pain of hard work and the brutal management of urban managers. There is no doubt that small business hawkers are legitimate citizens of our country and that they have the right to work for their livelihood. By what means their rights can be better protected when their rights are violated, it is a question worth our consideration.
