遗传连锁图谱的构建是基因组研究中的重要环节,也是基因定位与克隆、分子标记辅助育种及数量性状定位等研究的基础,加之分子标记技术的蓬勃发展,为构建高密度遗传连锁图谱奠定了技术基础。对遗传图谱的构建步骤、分子标记的种类、作图群体的种类及近5年我国药用植物遗传图谱的研究进展进行了简要概述,并探讨了目前该领域研究中存在的主要问题及今后的研究方向。
The construction of genetic linkage map is an important part of genome research and the foundation of gene mapping and cloning, molecular marker-assisted breeding and quantitative trait mapping. With the rapid development of molecular marker technology, it laid the foundation for constructing high-density genetic linkage map basis. The steps of construction of genetic map, the types of molecular markers, the types of mapping population and the research progress of the genetic map of medicinal plants in China in recent 5 years are summarized briefly, and the main problems in this field are discussed as well as the future research direction.
