广东省人民政府、广州市人民政府、广州经济技术开发区:根据国办转发商务部、国土资源部、建设部《关于促进国家级经济技术开发区进一步提高发展水平的若干意见》(国办发[2005]15号,以下简称《若干意见》)的文件精神和商务部委托审核管理外商投资企业的规定,商务部已完成各国家级经济技术开发区的管理体制和外资审批联网系统的备案审核工作。现将有关事项通知如下:
Guangdong Provincial People’s Government, Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government and Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone: In accordance with the “Opinions on Promoting the Further Development of National Economic and Technological Development Zones” issued by the MOFCOM, the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Ministry of Construction [2005] No.15, hereinafter referred to as “Several Opinions”) and the Ministry of Commerce entrusted with the examination and approval of the regulations on the administration of foreign-invested enterprises, the Ministry of Commerce has completed the examination and approval of the management system of each state-level economic and technological development zone and the examination and approval system for foreign investment jobs. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
