以蛋白质含量高为育种目标之一 ,采用浸胚法将高蛋白玉米马齿黄的总 DNA导入优质早籼稻 91- L 中 ,通过连续 6年的选择 ,从变异后代中选育出 DH早 1,DH早 5 ,DH早 6 ,DH早 8,DH早 9等 5个高蛋白稻新品系 .大田试验表明 ,这些品系能保持原受体较高的产量和抗性等优良性状 .米质分析表明 ,这些品系的绝大多数米质指标达到部颁优质米一级或二级标准 ,平均蛋白质含量达到 13.6 5 % ,其中 DH早 9高达 14.9% .
Taking high protein content as one of the breeding objectives, the total DNA of high protein corn dentate yellow was introduced into high quality early indica rice 91-L by immersing embryo method. DH was selected from the mutant offspring by 6 consecutive years of selection , DH as early as 5, DH as early as 6, DH as early as 8, DH as early as 9. The field experiments showed that these strains can maintain high yield and resistance of the original receptor and other fine traits. The results showed that most of the rice quality indicators of these lines reached the ministerial level of the first or second grade rice, the average protein content reached 13.65%, of which DH as early as 9.9%.
