在深入学习实践科学发展观的今天,如何妥善处理好司法鉴定类信访投诉,既是关系到促进司法公正、化解矛盾纠纷、维护社会稳定的大事,又是司法鉴定管理部门及工作人员日常工作中不能回避的一个重要课题。本文通过对近年来受理的信访投诉事项进行分析,发现了其中的一些特点规律,分析了形成这些特点规律的主要原因,进而提出了对司法鉴定管理部门及工作人员应该把握的几个原则。
In today’s deep study and practice of the scientific concept of development, how to properly handle complaints of forensic examinations is not only a matter of promoting judicial fairness, resolving conflicts and disputes and safeguarding social stability, but also of judicial administrative departments and staff members in their daily work An important issue to avoid. Based on the analysis of complaint cases handled in recent years, this paper finds out some of the characteristics and rules, analyzes the main reasons for the formation of these characteristics and rules, and then puts forward several principles that should be grasped by the forensic management departments and staff.
