承办“两会”建议、提案,是人民法院接受人大、政协监督的重要途径,也是加强和改进人民法院工作的重要契机。在2013年十二届全国人大一次会议和十二届全国政协一次会议上,全国人大代表、政协委员积极对法院工作建言献策,提出了诸多有益的意见和建议。最高人民法院对此高度重视,认真办理,讲求实效,推动了相关工作的科学发展。
The undertaking of “two sessions” proposals and proposals is an important way for the people’s courts to accept the supervision of the NPC and the CPPCC, and is also an important turning point for strengthening and improving the work of the people’s courts. At the first session of the 12th NPC and the 12th session of the CPPCC National Committee in 2013, NPC deputies and members of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference actively offered advice and suggestions to the court work and put forward many useful opinions and suggestions. The Supreme People’s Court attached great importance to this, handled it earnestly and pragmatic, and promoted the scientific development of related work.
