人们物质及精神生活要求的不断提高,带动了各个行业的快速发展,汽车行业就是其中非常重要的一类,在满足原有驾驶要求的同时,现代汽车融入了更多的娱乐元素,使人们的出行更加的舒适,车载音响就是其中非常重要的部分。而随着我国模具设计加工行业多年来的稳步发展,使得汽车音响控制面板均采用注塑模具成型的方法进行生产加工,在正式投入生产前通常要进行模具设计及相应的数控加工设计,从而更好的完成相应的设计与加工。本文主要介绍了基于Pro/Engineer的汽车音响控制面板模具设计过程,并对相应的数控加工进行了简单阐述。
