用2周龄幼兔做实验对象,分成3个实验组。用EB复合树脂在两侧冠状缝表面形成长10mm宽3mm固定带,模拟人类冠状缝早闭。第6周解除固定带,同时行单纯额骨切开术和额骨前徙术。术后不同时期分别测量颅面长度,鼻骨长度,面角和腭角。结果发现,冠状缝固定后,颅面生长朝颅底方面改向。单纯颅骨切开组面平面发生明显改变,提示切开部位又重新骨化。而额骨前徙术组面平面无明显改变,但鼻骨增长,颅底面中部关系基本正常。提示额骨前上移术是治疗冠状缝早闭的有效手术方法,与临床相一致。
Two-week-old rabbits were used as experimental subjects and divided into three experimental groups. Using EB composite resin in the coronal suture on both sides of the surface to form a 10mm wide and 3mm band, simulating human coronal suture early closure. 6 weeks to lift the band, at the same time a simple frontal bone incision and frontal migraine surgery. The craniofacial length, nasal bone length, facial angle and palatal horn were measured at different time points after operation. The results showed that, after fixation of the coronal suture, craniofacial growth toward the skull base direction. Simple skull incision plane plane significantly changed, suggesting that the site of incision again ossification. However, there was no significant change in the plane of the frontal forelimb migration group, but the nasal bone growth and the central relationship of the skull base were basically normal. Tip of the frontal shift surgery is an effective surgical treatment of coronal early closure, consistent with the clinical.
