笔者自1968年10月至1986年12月,做输精管吻合术123例,报告如下。临床资料本组123例均经当地计划生育主管部门批准。年龄29～51岁,平均35.8岁。职业:农民103例,工人11例,教师7例,行政干部2例。输精管结扎距吻合时间:1年以内11例,2～5年58例,6～10年37例,10年以上17例。均做了一次性两侧输精管吻合。吻合原因:①要求再育者76例,其中因各种原因(如车祸、火灾、溺水、服毒、跌落伤、疾病等)致子女死亡者67例;因再婚再育者9例。②性机能障碍者25例,其中农民15例,工人7例,教师2例,干部1例。③附睾淤积者14例。④精索痛性结节伴腰疼下腹坠疼影响劳动者8例,全为农民,该8例均将结节切除。为使吻合口通畅和减轻张力,均用了支架

Clinical data 123 cases in this group have been approved by the local family planning authorities. Age 29 to 51 years old, with an average of 35.8 years old. Occupation: 103 farmers, 11 workers, teachers in 7 cases, administrative cadres in 2 cases. Vasectomy anastomosis time: 11 cases within 1 year, 2 to 5 years in 58 cases, 6 to 10 years in 37 cases, more than 10 years in 17 cases. Have done a one-time bilateral vas deferens anastomosis.
