动态负压射孔技术是一种新的射孔技术,可改善孔道周围的渗透情况,达到解除射孔污染、降低射孔表皮压实效应,从而达到提高产出和注入量的目的.论文通过建立模拟动态负压过程的理论模型,并用试验进行了验证.利用基于该理论模型的动态负压射孔软件,进一步计算了动态负压射孔技术中各工艺参数对动态负压的影响.计算结果表明:减小射孔枪孔密、增长负压枪长度、减少负压开孔弹数量和增大完井液密度,可以增大动态负压值和延长动态负压持续时间.
Dynamic negative pressure perforation technology is a new perforation technology that can improve the percolation around the perforation, to eliminate perforation pollution and reduce perforation skin compaction effect, so as to achieve the purpose of improving output and injection quantity.Through the paper The theoretical model of dynamic negative pressure process was established and validated by experiments.Using the dynamic negative pressure perforation software based on the theoretical model, the influence of various process parameters on dynamic negative pressure was further calculated. The results show that decreasing the hole density of the perforating gun, increasing the length of the negative pressure gun, reducing the number of negative pressure boredom and increasing the fluid density can increase the value of dynamic negative pressure and prolong the duration of dynamic negative pressure.
