我国大力发展高等职业技术教育,推动就业走向市场化,高职学生的就业率已成为衡量学校办学水平的重要指标之一。在此背景下,本文借助管理学的SWOT分析法对民航院校高职学生就业的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战进行系统分析,并据此提出了民航院校高职学生就业竞争力提升途径。 China has vigorously developed higher vocational and technical education and promoted employment to marketization. The employment rate of higher vocational students has become one of the important indicators to measure the school running level. Against this background, this thesis conducts a systematic analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of higher vocational students in civil aviation colleges by means of the SWOT analysis method of management, and puts forward the way to enhance the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students in civil aviation colleges.
