测量了国产钠Y型分子筛在78K和284K下对氮气的吸附等温线,实验数据表明它的吸附特性与国外13x型相近。样品管不采用任何粘结剂把分子筛微粒(直径为2~5微米)涂敷在玻璃泡壁(内表面上每平方厘米只有0.015克)所以相应的除气、活化与吸气平衡时间均有所缩短。反复测试中未发现“状态效应”(Conditing effect)。在不同的活化压强下,同一样品的吸附等温线,高真空下活化有最高吸气量,而在低压强端当活化压强为大气压时则具有次高的吸气量。本实验还采用高频外电极放电对分子筛进行活化处理,发现在低压强端与升温活化有相同的效果。
The adsorption isotherms of domestic sodium Y zeolite at 78K and 284K were measured. The experimental data showed that the adsorption properties of nitrogen were similar to that of foreign 13x. The sample tube is coated with molecular sieve particles (2 to 5 μm in diameter) on the glass bulb wall (only 0.015 g / cm 2 on the inner surface) without using any binder. It was found that the same effect was obtained at the low-pressure and high-temperature end with the activation of heating.
