用微型电阻应变片测试了高速双圆弧齿轮的齿根动态应力，并测得两组参数的双圆弧齿轮的动载系数。探索了一些高速齿轮齿根动态应力的测试方法及规律。发现在相同条件下，动载系数将随着载荷的增加而下降，当转速低于共振转速时，动载系数随着转速的增加而增大，当转速超过共振转速时，动载系数将随着转速的增加而减小。
The dynamic stress of the root of high speed double circular arc gear was tested by using miniature strain gauge and the dynamic load coefficient of double circular arc gear with two parameters was measured. Some high-speed gear tooth root dynamic stress test methods and laws were explored. It is found that under the same conditions, the dynamic load factor will decrease with the increase of load. When the rotational speed is lower than the resonant speed, the dynamic load factor will increase with the increase of rotational speed.
