本文系统试验研究了我院研制的组合陶瓷刀片SG—4和LT—55加工淬硬钢和高强钢的切削性能、切削力和切削温度。试验结果表明,两种牌号陶瓷刀可成功地用于半精车(包括断续精车)和精铣,其中SG—4最适于淬硬钢。它的磨损寿命高,但破损寿命比LT—55稍差。LT—55则更适于精车高强钢。通过试验研究,提出了陶瓷刀加工淬硬钢与高强钢和硬质合金YT05加工淬硬钢的切削力与切削温度公式,可供推广使用参考。试验结果表明,陶瓷刀的切削力比YT05的低,而切削温度则比它的高。
In this paper, we systematically studied the cutting performance, cutting force and cutting temperature of the hardened and high-strength steels processed by SG-4 and LT-55. The test results show that the two grades of ceramic knives can be successfully used for semi-fine car (including intermittent fine car) and finishing, SG-4 which is best suited to hardened steel. Its wear life is high, but the damage life is slightly worse than the LT-55. LT-55 is more suitable for finishing high-strength steel. Through the experimental research, the cutting force and cutting temperature formula of the hardened steel with the ceramic knife processing hardened steel and the high-strength steel and hard alloy YT05 hardened steel are put forward for reference. The test results show that the cutting force of ceramic knife is lower than that of YT05, while the cutting temperature is higher than it.
