本文论述双圆弧齿轮啮合点法向弹性变形。利用三维有限元法和弹性力学理论,分别对轮齿接触点的弯曲变形和啮合点的接触变形进行了计算分析,得到了凸凹齿接触线上弯曲变形随螺旋角大小和不同接触迹线位置偏移量的变化规律。根据计算,归纳出了啮合点最大综合弯曲变形和接触变形计算公式。这对研究双圆弧齿轮的啮合刚度、动态特性以及齿端修形有着重要意义。
This article discusses the normal elastic deformation of the double arc gear meshing point. Using three-dimensional finite element method and elastic mechanics theory, the bending deformation of contact point and the contact deformation of meshing point were calculated and analyzed. The bending deformation of contact line between convex and concave teeth was gotten with the size of spiral angle and the position deviation of different contact traces Changes in the amount of change. According to the calculation, the maximal integrated bending deformation and contact deformation formula of the meshing point are summed up. This study of double arc gear meshing stiffness, dynamic characteristics and modification of the tooth end is of great significance.
