目的：探讨前列腺冲剂结合中药离子透入电疗机治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法：１２０ 例门诊病人按双盲法随机分为中疗组与西疗组各６０ 例。中疗组用前列腺冲剂结合中药离子透入治疗机诊治，每疗程２ 个月，治疗１ 个月、休息１个月。两个疗程小结。西疗组用抗菌药为主治疗，作为对照。结果；小结两组的显效率与有效率，经统计学处理，卡方（χ２）分别为５－１６ 、６－０ ，两者有显著性差异，中疗组效果比西疗组好（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论：中疗组用前列腺冲剂具有清热利尿，活血化瘀，理气祛湿和灭菌抑菌等作用，加上中药通络液离子透入足太阴脾经共同起效。还有近红外热探头作用前列腺局部，多种效应相辅相成，而收良效。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of prostate granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
