采用表格及体格检测方法，对２４０名孕母及其所生新生儿进行了调查。将孕期母亲营养、孕期体重增加及精神状态等孕期健康与胎儿宫内发育作了相关性研究。结果表明，孕期每天热量摄入＜１２００千卡可导致低体重儿；每天摄入热量＞２５００千卡易至巨大儿；而每天摄入热量１２００～２５００千卡时有利于胎儿正常发育。孕期体重增加在１０～１２５ｋｇ时有利于保持胎儿在宫内的正常环境。同时在孕期应重视心理健康和心理卫生，保持良好的精神状态更有助于胎儿的良好发育。
A total of 240 pregnant mothers and their newborn infants were investigated using the form and physical examination methods. The maternal nutrition during pregnancy, pregnancy weight gain and mental status during pregnancy and fetal development related to the study. The results showed that calorie intake per day during pregnancy <1,200 kcal can lead to low birth weight children; daily intake of calories> 2500 kcal easy to huge children; and daily intake of calories 1,200 to 2,500 kcal is conducive to the normal development of the fetus. Pregnancy weight gain at 10 ~ 12 5kg is conducive to keeping the fetus in the uterus of the normal environment. At the same time should pay attention to mental health and mental health during pregnancy, to maintain a good mental state is more conducive to the good development of the fetus.
