为充分发挥互联网诊疗咨询服务在重大公共卫生事件（新型冠状病毒肺炎）期间的优势作用，为患者提供优质便捷的专业诊疗咨询服务，降低重大公共卫生事件期间交叉感染风险，国家各项政策鼓励有条件的医院积极参与互联网诊疗。为规范精神科互联网诊疗服务，本文从互联网诊疗的审批、规章制度的完善、技术方案的选择、网上诊疗的方法等方面提供专家建议。“,”The Chinese government has promulgated various policies to encourage qualified hospitals to actively participate in internet counseling and medical service during major public health events (COVID-19), which aims to sufficiently provide professional medical services for the patients, and effectively reduce the risk of cross-infection. For standardizing and guiding internet medical services in psychiatric department, the review provides several expert suggestions from the aspects of approval of internet medical services, improvement of rules and regulations, technical guidance and protocols, and advices for online diagnosis and treatment.
