为更全面地反映火灾对工业厂房可靠性的影响,确保火灾后结构安全性评级的准确性,结合我国火灾后工业厂房可靠性评级的特点,加入抗火性这一特殊指标,将耐火等级、火灾裂缝和变形3个因素作为抗火性的评级指标,并确定抗火性等级划分标准。建立基于Vague集相似度量理论的、考虑抗火性的火灾后工业厂房结构可靠性综合评级模型。将模型应用于5个工程实例。结果表明,评级结果与规范评级法的结果一致;与未考虑抗火性的规范评级法相比,量化后的评级指标不仅评级过程清晰,而且能有效避免人为因素导致评级结果出现的误差。
In order to more fully reflect the impact of fire on the reliability of industrial plants and ensure the accuracy of structural safety rating after fire, combined with the characteristics of the reliability rating of industrial plants after fire in our country, we add the special index of fire resistance, Fire cracks and deformation of the three factors as a fire rating index, and determine the level of fire resistance standards. Based on the similarity measure theory of Vague sets, a comprehensive reliability rating model of structural reliability of a post-fire industrial plant considering fire resistance was established. Apply the model to five project instances. The results show that the rating results are consistent with the results of the normative rating method. Compared with the normative rating method that does not consider fire resistance, the quantified rating indicators not only have a clear rating process, but also can effectively avoid the error caused by human factors.
