结合中原油田 PS1 5井的压裂改造实例 ,着重介绍了用于异常高温高压下超深特低渗砂岩气藏优化压裂的 6项技术 :1使用超高温弹大孔密射孔 ;2选用套管压裂 ,提高泵注排量 ,把储层压开、压好 ;3优选优质、高效、低伤害的压裂材料 ;4优化水力裂缝设计 ,求取裂缝支撑半长 ;5压前小型压裂测试 ,保证正式压裂的成功 ;6压后采取强制闭合技术。PS1 5井压裂实践证明 ,该套技术可使目的层 Es3段 4砂组得到彻底的压裂改造
Combining with the example of fracturing in Well PS1 5 of Zhongyuan Oilfield, six technologies for optimizing fracturing of ultra-deep ultra-low permeability sandstone gas reservoirs under abnormal high temperature and pressure are emphatically introduced: Casing fracturing, increase pump displacement, the reservoir pressure to open; 3 preferred high-quality, high efficiency, low damage fracturing materials; 4 to optimize the design of hydraulic fractures, to obtain fracture support half-length; Fracturing test, to ensure the success of the official fracturing; 6 pressure to force closed technology. Well fracturing in well PS1 5 has proved that this set of techniques can completely rebuild the Es3 Member 4 sand formation in the target formation
