对于刚刚来医院实习的医生,他们既是医生,也是学生,他们对医院充满着好奇,想竭尽全力去做好自己的实习工作。但是对于刚刚离开校园的他们,对医院的新环境感到特别的陌生,他们不知如何与患者进行很好地交流,再加上实习的工作都特别辛苦,他们又缺乏坚持不懈、吃苦耐劳的精神,所以,实习工作对他们来说,特别的困难,以至于好多学生还没开始实习就应经有了很大的心理压力。通过分析普外科医生带教过程,归纳其中存在的问题并进行分析,在此基础上给出了一些合理性的建议。
For doctors who have just come to the hospital for internship, they are both doctors and students. They are curious about the hospital and try their best to do their internship. However, for those who have just left the campus, they are particularly unfamiliar with the new environment of the hospital. They do not know how to communicate well with the patients. In addition, internships are particularly hard-working. They lack the spirit of perseverance and hard work, Therefore, the internship work is particularly difficult for them, so many students should have a lot of psychological pressure before they start their internship. By analyzing the teaching process of general surgeons, summarizing the existing problems and analyzing them, some reasonable suggestions are given.
