本文认为,当前我国中外合资企业存在的主要问题是:(1) 合资各方优势发挥不力;(2) 人员流动性大,职工队伍不稳定;(3) 合资企业国际化经营对外资方依赖过大。在分析上述问题产生原因的基础上,作者提出了如下改进合资企业经营管理的对策:(1) 强化合资企业组织管理,提高整体实力;(2) 合资企业要合理利用劳动力和分配机制;(3) 尽快提高合资企业自身国际化经营素质;(4) 合资企业经营管理应走中外先进经验相结合的道路。
This article believes that the main problems existing in China’s Sino-foreign joint ventures are: (1) Ineffectiveness of the advantages of the joint venture parties; (2) Large staff mobility, unstable workforce; (3) International operations of joint ventures rely on foreign parties Big. After analyzing the causes of the above problems, the author proposes the following measures for improving the management of the joint venture: (1) Strengthen the joint venture organization and management, and increase the overall strength; (2) The joint venture should rationally use the labor force and the distribution mechanism; (3) ) Improve the quality of the joint venture’s own international operation as soon as possible; (4) The operation and management of the joint venture should follow the path of combining Chinese and foreign advanced experience.
