1.绪言关于球铁白口的防止,已在金属型方面进行了很多的研究。探讨了铁水成分及熔化条件与白口生成等之间的关系。另外,虽然也研究过球铁的石墨球数与孕育方法、孕育剂以及凝固时间的关系,但关于在冷却速度极快时由于C、 Si量和冷却速度不同而引起的石墨球数的变化及白口生成与石墨球数之间的关系的详细研究报告至今还未看到。本研究从这一观点探讨了壁厚为3、6、9mm的球铁,由于C、Si量不同而引起的石墨球数的变化及白口生成与石墨球数之间的关系。
1. INTRODUCTION With regard to the prevention of white iron nodules, a great deal of research has been conducted on the metal type. The relationship between hot metal composition and melting conditions and the formation of white mouth was discussed. In addition, though the relationship between the number of graphite balls of the ductile iron, the inoculation method, the inoculant, and the setting time has also been investigated, regarding the change in the number of graphite balls due to the difference in the amounts of C and Si and the cooling rate when the cooling rate is extremely high and A detailed report on the relationship between the number of white balls and the number of graphite balls has not yet been seen. This study from this point of view of the wall thickness of 3, 6, 9mm ductile iron, due to the amount of C and Si caused by changes in the number of graphite ball and white ball formation and the relationship between the number of graphite ball.
