近年来随我国煤炭事业的飞速发展,都需要先进的机电设备作为强有力的后盾。在一井一面综采设备上,支架性能及适应性以及地质构造的诸多因素,直接影响煤炭的产量。我国的综采工作面绝大部分分布在缓倾斜中稳及中稳以上顶板的中厚煤层,而其它条件下的煤层,现有的液压支架适应性差,使用效果不理想,本文对液压缸存在的一些结构不合理和拆卸比较困难的状况进行改进,以提高液压缸的内在质量,减小损坏率,降低维修费用。
